Finish making lower outboard plates for panel. Drill, debur, dimple, countersink, prime and rivet.
Contour foam plug to match airbox opening. Start laying fiberglass.
A wood bit on the drill was perfect for roughing out the hole.
Finished up with a rasp.
Seems to have worked well.
